This blog was created as a means of support to those who have lost someone to suicide, or are grieving the death of a loved one. Grief is messy and complicated. The more we learn about it, the easier it makes it for us to get through to a place of peace. This is part of my healing process, to share my grief with others. This is raw; this is real and uncomfortable. I'm putting it all out there for you to see.

This is a great idea! I know you struggle daily on this journey. But the two of you will make it through. The great strength and courage you are showing others may indeed be what they need at this moment to take a step forward.
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah. I stumbled on your blog through FB, but it has taken me a few hours to read, reread, and respond to. Obviously, we don't put everything out there on FB so I had no idea any of this was going on for you. FB is like looking at people's lives through rose colored glasses, we only put the good stuff on there so it makes it look like other people have great lives, when really there are lots of people out there hurting and suffering, but not posting it. I am amazed and humbled that you have chosen to share your journey (and hopefully your healing) on this blog. Thank you.
